Before purchasing, please carefully read the following instructions:

1. Make sure your phone supports wireless charging.
2. Incompatible scenarios: Phone case thickness ≥4mm (0.16 in) or use of an Otterbox phone case which is too thick may cause overheating or other abnormalities during charging.
3. For leather protective cases, the phone may have a higher surface temperature during charging compared to silicone or transparent protective cases due to poor heat dissipation. This is normal.
4. When fixing the wireless suction cup to the dashboard, select a flat area and firmly press the suction cup before locking it. Do not immediately place your phone on the wireless charger after installation on the dashboard. Wait for 30 minutes before doing so to allow the suction cup to adhere better, avoiding detachment issues.
5. Occasionally, the arm clamp may fail to hold the phone due to angle insertion. Simply adjust the phone's position to restore normal functionality.
6. If the back camera of your phone touches the charger's surface and it does not charge, it indicates that the wireless charger is not compatible with your phone. Send us a message for assistance.
7. Reasons for slower-than-expected charging speed when using wireless charging in the car: High ambient temperature in the car and simultaneous use of map software or playing music may result in slower charging. Once the ambient temperature drops to ≤26℃ (78.8℉), the charging power of the phone increases.
8. Note: A QC3.0 car charger is required as the power source for the device (to be purchased separately).
