Product Description Notes: If your phone is unable to charge, charges slowly, or charges intermittently, please check the following: 1. Make sure that your phone supports wireless charging. If it doesn't, the blue light will flash 6 times and then remain solid. 2. Check the power of the charging head. The standard for wireless charging is 5V 2A and 9V 2A. If you want fast charging, you will need to use a QC3.0 adapter (not included in the package). 3. Please check your phone case. Remove pop sockets and any thick, uneven, or rugged case, as well as metal ring holders, metal attachments, and credit cards. The phone case should not be thicker than 5mm. 4. Prevent your phone from overheating by closing apps and turning off the phone screen during wireless charging.

If the suction mount can't attach to the dash: 1. The suction mount is only for flat surfaces, not curved, soft, vinyl, plush, or bumpy surfaces. 2. Ensure the surface is clean. If the suction mount gets dirty, wash it and let it dry before using it again. 3. In high temperatures, the suction cup may become unstable. If this happens, it is recommended to use the air vent holder.

If charging constantly goes on and off, please check: 1. The charging adapter should have an input of 5V2A and 9V2A. A QC3.0 adapter is required for quick charging. 2. Check your phone case and make sure it is not thicker than 5mm. 3. Ensure that the charging environment temperature is below 25°.
